October 12, 2018-BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINAInfinite Corporation, a global Software and Services Provider, has announced today that it has been awarded a contract to migrate AS/400 applications for one of the World’s Largest Breweries.  Over 40% Cost reduction

Infinite Corporation is the global leader in AS/400 migration to the Cloud.  It has announced today that it has won a contract to migrate RPG-based AS/400 applications for a global beer giant.  The contact is a multi-national project which will incorporate over 20 applications in as many nations.  Infinite was named as the finalist in a broad competition for a solution to migrate legacy applications to the Cloud.   After a successful Proof of Concept which migrated significant portions of the applications additional testing for performance and reliability were also successfully completed.

“The client’s goal in this project was to move their AS/400 applications to the Cloud without having to rewite a single line of code.  Infinite was able to prove that it could be done in a matter of a few weeks and that the Cloud-based performance would exceed the necessary requirements”, said Raquela Kaplan, Marketing Director, Infinite Corporation.

The Infinite toolset and services will migrate both the applications and data to Azure.  By migrating the applications to Azure one of the world’s largest beverage companies will realize dramatic cost-savings, ease of support going forward using open systems and much more functionality using the MS SQL database in the future.
